Primarily, you will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for tracking, monitoring, and processing post-sale service contracts.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\nCalculate new service contract pricing and prepare client-facing proposal documents.\nTrack and quote renewals of existing maintenance support contracts and provide client-facing proposal documents.\nUpdate and maintain various tracking reports and corresponding client folders with relevant information.\nMonitor emails for new installation project requests or support uplift pricing requests, where required.\nMonitor emails for service support contract compliance.\nLiaise with Account Managers to follow up on quotes issued.\nTrack and report on quote status.\nLiaise with the Global Helpdesk team and Service Managers regarding service contract-related pricing and queries.\nWork closely with a global team of service contract co-ordinators, where required, to support global service contract management.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nMust-Haves:\nAbility to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nSelf-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.\nStrong time management skills with excellent attention to detail.\nNice-to-Haves:\nMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar service contract support role (preferred).\nExperience utilising company intranet systems and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.\nWhy work for AVI-SPL (what’s in it for you)\nAs we have already mentioned, AVI-SPL are the global leaders when it comes to universal communications, and we make sure our work environment matches our status.
