Identifies critical items before they impact the completion of production and maintenance schedules. Provides customer support to various areas within the Supply Chain group.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\nStoreroom clerk:\nMoves and transports product using forklift.\nPerforms daily Picklist-Pull Inventory and stages for production.\nIssues kits, parts and tools from counter or to production floor.\nBuilds kits or consolidating parts for production.\nPerforms daily transfers of parts from internal job to job for the shop support.\nPulls in-house requisitions to fill demand from production.\nRestocks of pre-pick bins on the production floor as required.\nRetrieves off-units from production, inspects, and routes to the Warehouse.\nRetrieves and processes incoming Outside Service parts, Work Order and paperwork.\nReturns parts and tools at counter and reshelves.\nRuns ERP In-Transit report and verifies items have been issued.\nFills out HAZMAT paperwork for items being transported to other on-site locations.\nPerforms daily inventory cycle counts for accuracy.\nMaintains customer requirements in inventory accuracy and parts segregation.\nPerforms inspection of flammable cabinets and partial racks for expired shelf-life items.\nRuns and processes Expired Materials report.\nPerforms stores and warehouse internal inspections in preparation for live audits.\nPuts away recapped BFG parts and material.\nPuts away BFG New Receipt inventory.\nTransfers and puts away stock from receiving.\nPulls RMA return requests for shipping to supplier.\nPerforms harness inspections and processes requests for production as required.\nMonitor Email requests from Internal production and support departments.\nResponds to daily questions from production about parts, tooling and chemicals.\nMaintains up-to-date training in ATS Plateau platform.\n\nOTHER DUTIES:\nMay operate light passenger vehicles, vans, pickup trucks, etc. to transport passengers, materials, or equipment in an industrial area, either inside or outside the local area.\nAssists with special projects as assigned.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to read, comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. \nAbility to operate general office equipment including personal computer, fax, and copy machine. \nGeneral knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).\nAbility to perform basic mathematical functions.\nAbility to solve practical problems.\nGood customer service skills. \nAbility to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.\nAbility to use sheet metal shear, band saws, skill saws, hot knives, vises, and other common tools to create tooling containers and shipping crates.\nAbility to use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other various material handling equipment to move, stage, and deliver parts, tools, and raw stock materials.\nKnowledge of shipping systems including FEDEX, UPS and LYNDEN.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nMinimum of one (1) year of inventory handling and control or warehouse operation experience required, including operation of trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.\nForklift certification required (must obtain certification within 60 days of hire). \n49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliant to ATS requirements within 30 days of hire).\nValid state driver’s license required for the areas of Operation Support Representative, Warehouse HPD Clerk, Warehouse Shipping Clerk and Tooling & Calibration Clerk.\n\nPHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY: \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\n\nCompensation\nThe full base pay range for this position is $20.77 - $26.00 hourly, not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience, skills, and education, as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise, while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
