In this role, you will help drive inventory accuracy, material visibility, demand planning support, reporting, and data quality initiatives across connectivity infrastructure programs. You will work closely with supply chain teams, planners, construction stakeholders, and business operations teams to ensure connectivity materials are accurately tracked, reported, and aligned with project demand signals. and material availability to support project execution and demand planning. \nCoordinate material movement activities, including inventory rebalancing, move orders, and inventory reclassification. \nReview material shortages, inventory gaps, and fulfillment constraints while supporting mitigation efforts. \nMaintain alignment between connectivity inventory data and project demand signals. \nAssist with tracking material variances, delays, and inventory-related risks. \n\nData Quality & Reporting \nPerform routine data quality (DQ) checks across multiple systems of record. \nInvestigate and resolve inventory and material data discrepancies. \nSupport reporting administration, dashboard monitoring, and data validation activities. \nDevelop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. \nAssist with automated reporting processes and data refresh activities. \nLeverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. \n\nDemand Planning Support \nSupport connectivity demand signal submissions and data validation processes. \nMaintain accurate inventory and demand planning records. \nPartner with planning, procurement, and materials and process guides. \nDocument inventory processes, business requirements, and operational workflows. \nCapture meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities. \n\nCross-Functional Coordination \nCollaborate with supply chain, procurement, construction, planning, and business operations teams. \nParticipate in inventory reviews, planning meetings, and operational status updates. appropriate. \n\nYou should have\nBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. \n2+ years of experience supporting inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, material controls, procurement, or related disciplines. \nExperience working with inventory, demand planning, procurement, or material management processes. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExperience working with large datasets and performing data validation activities. \nFamiliarity with SQL, Excel, Power
