Avicom Trading PLC involved in Communication solution and would like to hire qualified candidate for the following position.

Position: Receptionist

Working Location: ICT Park (Addis Ababa)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Receive and respond to emails and general inquiries.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records.
• Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with general administrative and office support duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar position is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
