  • Prepare calibration instructions and procedures using measurement-science principles, technical analysis, and accuracy and precision requirements to support consistent execution.
  • Provide calibration information and technical support for quality investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and new projects or procedures.
  • Maintain vendor qualification and service documentation related to the calibration, maintenance, and repair of company standards and equipment.
  • Support audits, inspections, regulatory compliance, safety requirements, and continuous-improvement activities to strengthen calibration-system performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education, technical training, and experience.
  • Experience performing instrument or equipment calibration in a cGMP environment.
  • Experience with calibration software such as Blue Mountain or an equivalent system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in instrumentation, electronics, metrology, engineering technology, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience as an instrumentation or calibration technician in a cGMP environment.
  • Experience operating or implementing calibration-management systems such as Cal-Man, Blue Mountain, or an equivalent platform.
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, investigations, root-cause analysis, or corrective and preventive actions.
  • Experience using a broad range of mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical calibration standards and test equipment.
