Avid Bioservices is a leading clinical and commercial biologics CDMO focused on creating innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients and improve patient outcomes.\nYour Role:\nThe Supervisor, Supply Chain is responsible for Inventory Control management for Avid Bioservices and overseeingoperations performed by the Supply Chain Associates, Clerks, and Coordinators.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEstablish and document inventory controls and procedures in accordance with accounting and cGMP standards.\nMonitor all materials for re-order points, recommend adjustments to re-order points if needed for each raw material.\nCoordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, manufacturing, and other departments under cGMP standards, including the movement from quarantine to available raw materials.\nMaintain and update SOP’s pertaining to raw material tracking as needed.\nResponsible for the reinforcement of cGMP aspects of a pharmaceutical warehouse.\nPerform physical inventory counts on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as needed.\nOrganize all raw materials in an easy to locate and count fashion.\nCoordinate with various departments to ensure accurate tracking of issued raw materials.\nResponsible for backing up to receiving personnel.\nCross-train in receiving, packaging and shipping.\nAssist with functions such as issuing vials, finished product inventory, labeling, flash freezing and GMP shipments with QA oversight.\nMaintain all required documentation and controlled forms.\nAssist in training new staff.\nProvide direction to Supply Chain Clerks. Assist in coordinating activities on the floor. Help troubleshoot and handle issues when they occur.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and make recommendations for resolution.\nAssist in review of Inventory Control documentation. Ensure that errors and oversights are properly resolved.\nOther duties may be assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to Inventory.\nDemonstrated experience working within a GMP regulated environment is required.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:\nThis role is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated by Supervisor. Ability to work overtime as necessary.\nCompensation:\nWe offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.\nThe compensation range for this role is $74,400 - $93,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
