This leader will ensure finance systems are reliable, scalable, well-controlled, and aligned with business priorities while driving continuous improvement and modernization.\nThis role requires a strong combination of technical depth, financial systemsexpertise, operational discipline, andpeopleleadership. The Director will manage a team of engineers and finance systems professionals, ensuring effective Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, consistent roadmap execution, and high-quality delivery. The Director will also build strong partnerships with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication, roadmap transparency, and reliable execution.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nStrategy & Leadership\nLead a team ofapproximately2-3team members consisting of FTEs and contingent workers.\n\nContribute to andexecute againsta multi-year vision and roadmap for Finance Systems aligned with company strategy and priorities.\n\nServe as a trusted partner to Finance leadership, translating financial process needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.\n\nDrive continuous improvement, simplification, and modernization across the finance application portfolio, with a focus on NetSuite and NSPB.\n\nDelivery & Execution\nOversee the design, development, and implementation of enhancements across:\n\nNetSuite ERP\n\nNetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)\n\nFinance-related integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems\n\nRevPro(Zuora) revenue recognition\n\nConcur Expense Management\n\nEstablish andmaintainstrong SDLC practices to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.\n\nEnsure roadmap commitments are met through effective planning, prioritization, and execution.\n\nBalance long-term strategic initiatives with the need for quick wins that deliver immediate business value to Finance and the broader organization.\n\nNetSuite & Finance Systems Ownership\nServe as the primary technology leader for NetSuite ERP and NSPB.\n\nEnsure financial system configurations, workflows, and integrationssupportaccuratereporting, forecasting, and financial operations.\n\nPartner with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance Operations to continuouslyoptimizesystem usage and automation.\n\nDefine and improve finance data flows between NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms.\n\nSupport system scalability as the business grows and evolves.\n\nDelivery & Technical Leadership\nLead and develop a high-performing Finance Systems team, including engineers and functional specialists.\n\nUpskilltalent whereneeded through role optimization, targeted training, and thoughtful hiring.\n\nFoster a culture of clear communication and reporting.\n\nOperations & Governance\nSupport system reliability, performance, and security across all finance platforms.\n\nHelp define and implement effective governance models for changes, data integrity, and integrations.\n\nEnsure strong controls, auditability, and compliance within NetSuite and connected systems.\n\nManage relationships with key vendors and third-party partners as needed.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nKeys to Success\nDeep technical and functionalexpertisein NetSuite ERP and NSPB.\n\nStrong understanding of finance processes, reporting, and planning.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.\n\nDemonstrated ability to deliver both strategic outcomes and practical, near-term wins.\n\nEffective people leader who develops and elevates talent.\n\nProven ability tofacilitateand lead cross-functional prioritization discussions.\n\nTrack recordof delivering against committed roadmaps with quality and predictability.\n\nRequired Skills\n10+ years of experience working with enterprise finance systems, business applications, or similar functions.\n\n5+ years of people management experience, including leading technical or engineering teams.\n\nExpert-level experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB).\n\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce (CRM and Billing) and how it integrates with finance systems.\n\nWorking knowledge of modern SDLC practices and agile delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience integrating NetSuite withSalesforce,Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse,Middleware or iPaaS tools (e.g.,Workato,Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.)\n\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives or major programs of work.\n\nExperience
