This is a role for someone who is smart, organized, analytical, and excited to help ship product at a fast-moving Series A startup.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProduct Execution & Documentation\nCreate clear, structured PRDs, feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nMaintain accurate product documentation across Notion, Linear, and internal workflows.\n\nTranslate business needs into well-defined requirements with rationale and tradeoffs.\n\nPrioritization & Roadmapping\nHelp maintain the product roadmap by sequencing work based on impact, complexity, and dependencies.\n\nPartner with senior PMs and leadership to run lightweight prioritization processes.\n\nManage sprint planning inputs and ensure teams have what they need to execute.\n\nQuality & Delivery\nHold engineering to a high standard of product quality - functional, visual, and experiential.\n\nReview builds before release; validate functionality against requirements.\n\nCoordinate QA efforts, run checklists, and ensure defects are addressed quickly.\n\nAnalytics & Insight Gathering\nUse SQL queries and our BI tooling to ask questions to understand performance and user behavior.\n\nTrack success metrics for features (adoption, usage, retention, quality).\n\nSynthesize insights from data, user feedback, and coach conversations.\n\nCross-Team Collaboration\nWork closely with engineering, design, operations, and coach-facing teams.\n\nDrive alignment through clear communication, structured updates, and fast follow-ups.\n\nSupport discovery work through research, light user interviews, and competitive scans.\n\nWhat You Bring\n1-3 years of product management or product-adjacent experience (product ops, business operations, data/analytics, associate PM, etc.).\n\nAbility to produce crisp documentation and structure ambiguous problems.\n\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.\n\nComfort digging into data - SQL basics, dashboards, pulling reports.\n\nExperience working with engineering teams and understanding basic technical concepts.\n\nClear communication skills and the ability to build trust across functions.\n\nA high personal bar for product quality, polish, and user experience.\n\nBonus Skills\nPrevious experience in consumer apps, wellness, fitness, or creator products.\n\nExperience in a startup environment with rapid iteration cycles.\n\nLight design literacy (Figma) or technical literacy (APIs, architecture basics).\n\nLocation: Remote (US, Canada or Western Europe-based, must be open to signficiant overlap with US-PT hours)\nCompensation\nThe salary range for this role is $80-120k USD plus equity.
