In this role, you’ll be a critical technical and strategic bridge across our direct sales teams, channel partner networks, and prospective clients-ensuring seamless solution architecture, exceptional sales execution, and accelerated revenue growth.\nWhat you'll do:\nSales Enablement & Support: Partner directly with internal Account Executives and external clients, delivering technical guidance, product expertise, and strategic enablement to drive deal velocity.\nConsultative Selling: Collaborate across Direct and Channel go-to-market teams to understand prospect business needs, architect tailored B2B payment and AP automation solutions, and articulate clear value propositions.\nClient & Partner Engagement: Drive technical discovery, solution scoping, product demonstrations, and architecture deep dives on joint sales calls alongside direct and channel Account Executives.\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the feedback loop between field sales (Direct and Channel) and internal Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align client requirements with product roadmaps.\nSolution Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product portfolio, market trends, ERP/accounting system integrations, and competitive offerings to position our platform effectively.\nTechnical Problem-Solving: Act as a trusted technical advisor, proactively overcoming technical or workflow objections to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.\nWhat we're looking for:\nExperience: 5+ years of relevant experience in consultative solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales engineering role-preferably in B2B payments, fintech, or enterprise software.\nConsultative Mastery: Exceptional consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building skills across executive, financial, and technical stakeholders.\nCommunication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into compelling business value.\nDomain & Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AP/AR processes, financial back-office workflows, ERP ecosystems, payment platforms, and API integrations.\nCollaboration & Execution: Self-motivated, highly collaborative, and capable of managing multiple active deal cycles in a fast-paced remote/hybrid environment.\n Education & Travel: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
