This is genuinely untouched territory, so early traction and low-hanging fruit are yours to capture.\nIdentify and recruit local sales partners.\nOwn the full cycle: acquisition, quoting, contract negotiation, and commercial order handling.\nRepresent AVILOO at relevant national trade fairs and customer events.\nManage ongoing relationships with customers and partners.\nWork closely with our Sales team and Chief Sales Officer, even while operating independently day-to-day.\nCollaborate closely with other departments (e.g.Marketing) to support your market build-up.\nWhat you bring\nIdeally 5+ years in a national or field sales capacity. Automotive industry background preferred, ideally with an existing network spanning trade to fleet. Not a must, but a strong advantage.\nComfortable being the only person on the ground, while staying connected to and supported by a team in the background.\nA hunter by nature with a strong team mindset: Customer acquisition is in your blood while you enjoy teamwork and are there to roll up your sleeves when needed.\nYou enjoy communication and building relationships from scratch.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.\nConfident in a highly dynamic,self-directed and self-managed environment.\nConfident presence, solution-oriented thinking.
