In this role, you will guide technical direction while partnering closely with business and operations stakeholders to identify challenges, prototype solutions, and scale them into production-ready systems.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and operations, helping translate complex business needs into scalable, impactful solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that drive adoption, improve efficiency, and create measurable operational value. \nPartner with business, operations, and cross-functional teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and translate complex or ambiguous problems into actionable technical solutions. \nOwn solution development end-to-end: from concept through deployment, iteration, and continuous improvement based on performance and user feedback. \nEnhance, support, and maintain existing applications and mission-critical systems to ensure reliability and alignment with best practices. \nLead rollout and adoption efforts through stakeholder alignment, documentation, training, and ongoing user support. \nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s Degree (Dec 2026/May 2027) in a technical or quantitative field with strong problem-solving fundamentals \nSharp critical thinking skills with the ability to make thoughtful, well-informed decisions \nAbility to quickly learn engineering development tools, with curiosity to experiment and build using modern technologies (Python, Java) \nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. \nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex challenges. \nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities. \nCreative with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose innovative, high-impact solutions \nThe annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000.\nFactors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, work experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nWho we are:\nHere at Avis Budget Group, you will be joining a team of 25,000 driven people, performing with purpose.
