The position is based in Zaventem AIRPORT and requires availability to work some weekends and nights (shift schedule).\nYour responsibilities include:\nManaging front-desk operations: preparing quotes, processing reservations, creating rental agreements, and explaining the rental terms and conditions.\nEnsuring customer satisfaction: highlighting the agency’s services while meeting customers’ needs (upselling).\nProviding customer service: welcoming clients, explaining and processing billing for any damages and/or additional charges at the end of the rental.\nChecking the condition of vehicles upon return (bodywork, interior, missing accessories, etc.) and identifying necessary repairs.\nPerforming routine maintenance and cleaning (both interior and exterior) of vehicles.\nTransferring vehicles between return and pick-up areas.\nTo succeed in this role, you should:\nHave strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, both with business and leisure clients (B2B & B2C), to ensure a high-quality customer experience.\nBe able to develop and deliver an effective sales pitch.\nHave prior experience in customer service, ideally in car rental, retail, or hospitality.\nBe comfortable using digital tools.\nHold a valid manual Category B driver’s license in Belgium.\nHave a good command of Dutch.\nBring energy and a positive attitude to share with colleagues and customers.\nWe are offering :\nA gross monthly salary between € 2.285,74 à 2.335,25, depending on experience\nMonthly bonuses up to €500\nCar rental discounts for you and your family\nMeal vouchers & Eco vouchers\nTransport allowance\nGroup insurance\n13th month salary\nNumerous benefits and discounts with our partners (including Disney, etc.)\nWould you like to build your career within an international group that promotes inclusion, diversity, and internal mobility?
