This role will lead the execution of CRM programs across email, SMS, and push notifications, translating lifecycle and promotional strategies into high-quality customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.\nThis is a hands-on CRM leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and operational execution. The ideal candidate can independently manage campaigns and customer journeys, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions while operating within broader CRM and lifecycle strategies.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives across brands and channels in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPartner with CRM leadership to execute lifecycle and promotional strategies across Avis, Budget, and Zipcar\nManage and optimize lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and triggered communications across email, SMS, and push notifications\nHelp identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through more personalized, timely, and relevant transactional communications\nManage customer journeys including cart abandonment, browse abandonment, opt-in flows, onboarding, and retention campaigns\nAnalyze campaign and lifecycle performance to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and testing strategies\nCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, loyalty, analytics, product, engineering, and operations teams to support customer engagement and business objectives\nHelp improve CRM workflows, operational processes, and campaign execution standards to support a scalable and efficient CRM function\nPerks You’ll Get:\nAccess to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance\nEligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages\n401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions\nFull training to learn the business and enhance professional skills\nEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more\nWhat We're Looking For:\n3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or customer engagement\nHands-on experience managing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications\nExperience building and optimizing lifecycle and triggered customer journeys\nStrong familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools\nExperience with promotional campaign setup, audience segmentation, and offer/promo code management\nAbility to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently\nAnalytical mindset with experience using campaign and customer data to identify insights and optimization opportunities\nExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to execution quality\nPrior experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting junior team members is a plus\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred\nThe annual starting salary for this position is between $115,000 - $130,000 annually.
