We’re defining the future of mobility with safe, sustainable solutions that move people, businesses, and communities forward.\nThe Director of Procurement, Professional Services is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for professional services categories, including management consulting, technology, customer experience (CX) services, business process outsourcing (BPO), IT contingent labor, marketing services, and select software spend. This role partners with executive business stakeholders to drive financial value creation, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and drive measurable value through strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationship management.\nThe Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring procurement is aligned with business objectives, innovation initiatives, operational requirements, and financial goals.\nWhat You'll Do:\nStrategic Sourcing LeadershipEstablish multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with enterprise business priorities and cost management objectives.\nIdentify, align, and drive value creation opportunities through levers including (but not limited to) volume consolidation leverage, demand management, and specification optimization developing and leveraging key procurement tools including RFPs, negotiation playbooks.\nDrive procurement involvement early in business planning and vendor selection processes.\n\nProfessional Services Category ManagementManage sourcing strategies and supplier portfolios for categories such as:\nManagement consulting\nCustomer experience and customer support services\nBusiness process outsourcing (BPO)\nDigital transformation services\nIT consulting and systems integration\nLegal and specialized professional services\nIT Contingent workforce and staff augmentation\n\nFinancial Value CreationDeliver annual procurement savings, cost avoidance, and value realization targets.\nBuild total cost of ownership models and business cases supporting sourcing decisions.\nDevelop spend analytics and market intelligence to guide procurement strategy.\nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes through category expertise and supplier insights.\n\nSupplier Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers.\nEstablish supplier performance management frameworks, scorecards, and governance models.\nConduct business reviews with key suppliers to assess performance, innovation, and value delivery.\nIdentify opportunities to improve supplier competitiveness and service effectiveness.\n\nRisk Management & GovernanceEnsure supplier agreements comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory obligations.\nPartner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Risk Management teams to mitigate supplier risks.\nImplement procurement governance processes that enhance control and transparency across third-party spend.\n\nLeadership & Team DevelopmentDirector, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.\nFoster a culture of accountability, customer service, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking.\nEstablish performance objectives and career development plans for team members.\nChampion procurement best practices and change management initiatives throughout the organization.\n\nStakeholder ManagementPartner with senior level stakeholders in Transformation, IT & Technology, Customer Experience.\nSupport strategic technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, and enterprise projects.\nInfluence purchasing decisions through market intelligence and procurement expertise.\nCommunicate sourcing results, supplier performance, and savings achievements to senior leadership.\n\nPerks You’ll Get:\nAccess to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance\nEligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages\n401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions\nFull training to learn the business and enhance professional skills\nEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or related discipline.\n10+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience.\n5+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.\nSignificant experience sourcing and negotiating professional services, consulting, and SaaS agreements.\nProven track record delivering substantial cost savings, contract optimization, and supplier performance improvements.\nStrong negotiation and contract management expertise.\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional sourcing initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement.\nAdvanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.\nThe annual starting salary for this position is between $$180,000 - $220,000 annually.
