This role goes beyond execution. Success requires the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and proactively uncover opportunities to improve claim quality, increase recoveries, and reduce disputes.\nThe ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to solve problems, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business impact.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAnalyze claim data, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify trends, gaps, and incremental billing opportunities\nIdentify missing First Notice of Loss opportunities through data review and coordinate with operations to resolve documentation gaps\nUse data insights to influence operational behavior and drive improvements in damage identification and claim accuracy\nTranslate analytics into actionable recommendations that improve billing dollars, net collections, and overall claim outcomes\nMonitor and evaluate key performance metrics at the location and regional level, driving accountability through data transparency\nTrain and support field teams on the Damage Management Portal with a focus on improving data quality and reducing unallocated damages\nInvestigate complex claims using multiple data sources (systems, video, operational input) to accurately attribute liability\nPartner cross-functionally (operations, finance, legal, IT, analytics teams) to improve processes and standardize best practices\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable, data-backed solutions\nTHIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE- VIRGINIA BEACH, VA \nPerks You’ll Get:\nAccess to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance \nEligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages \n401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions \nFull training to learn the business and enhance professional skills \nEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars \nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more \nCompetitive salary as well as bonus potential \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree\n1-2 years of experience in claims, analytics, finance, or a data-driven operational role\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions\nExperience working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive business outcomes\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting)\nBasic proficiency in SQL for querying data from relational databases\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred\nDemonstrated ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, investigative approach\nAbility to balance data analysis with execution in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and with teams \nThe annual starting salary for this position is $52,000.00 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for up to 10 % bonus opportunities.
