Your duties would include but are not limited to:\nProcessing accident reports and quotes in applicable internal systems \nLiaising with internal and external customers in relation to accident damage \nRaise, maintain, and receipt Purchase Orders using Oracle daily\nProcessing invoices for payment in applicable internal systems\nOrdering parts where applicable \nLiaising with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices where applicable \nLiaising with dealerships and booking vehicles in for warranty \nAnswering phone enquiries and providing assistance when necessary. \nWorking efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.\nOther reasonable duties as required.\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are looking for someone with previous administrative experience who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver a high quality of work within timeframes. Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential as is the ability to work autonomously.
