The role needs strong Java, Selenium, debugging and CI/CD skills, along with an interest in GenAI and AI-driven QA automation.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Analyze CI/JIT pipeline failures, find root causes and work with developers to fix recurring issues.\n\n- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Java and Selenium.\n\n- Build and maintain AI-assisted test case and test script generation, including RAG-based QA workflows.\n\n- Run POCs to evaluate new QA tools and technologies before adoption.\n\n- Support product teams with automation scripts, and update them as the application changes.\n\n- Automate repetitive testing activities and improve the reliability and coverage of the automation framework.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, QA and product teams, and document test processes, frameworks and POCs.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Test Automation : Java, Selenium WebDriver, functional and regression testing, building and maintaining frameworks, debugging failed tests.\n\n- CI/CD : Analyzing pipeline failures and identifying whether the cause is the application, test script, infrastructure or pipeline configuration.\n\n- AI / GenAI : Understanding of Generative AI and LLM applications, basic to intermediate RAG knowledge, interest in AI-assisted testing.\n\n- General QA : Test case design, execution and defect identification, with sound testing principles.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate root causes independently.\n\nGood To Have :\n\n- RAG pipelines or AI agents, LLM APIs, Python or other scripting.\n\n- Git/GitHub/GitLab;
