Serve as a liaison between marketing and communications teams, vendors, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting, so requests are complete, accurate, properly documented, and submitted to the appropriate department for processing. Review requests for missing or inconsistent information, communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues, track request status, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
