leading medical institution is seeking aLab Instructor, Radiology Education Trainer to provide hands-on laboratory instruction within an 18-month radiography education program.\nLab Instructor, Radiology Education TrainerResponsibilities:\nDeliver hands-on laboratory instruction in Introduction to Patient Care and/or Introduction to Radiography.\nDemonstrate and supervise energized and non-energized laboratory practice, including positioning, equipment operation, image production, and patient-care techniques.\nReinforce radiation safety, patient safety, infection control, and safe patient-handling practices.\nEvaluate student skill acquisition using objective and documented criteria while providing constructive feedback.\nMaintain a safe, organized, equitable laboratory environment and ensure instruction follows applicable JRCERT requirements.\nLab Instructor, Radiology Education Trainer Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience/training.\nCurrent, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration in Radiography (R(R)).\nCurrent California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) / state radiologic technology license.\nCurrent BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.\nApplied clinical knowledge of radiographic positioning, equipment operation, image production, and patient-care skills.\nKnowledge of radiation and patient safety principles, including ALARA, shielding, collimation, infection control, and safe patient handling.\nFamiliarity with JRCERT Standards applicable to laboratory instruction, including student-to-equipment ratios and direct-supervision requirements.\nExperience demonstrating psychomotor techniques and evaluating student skills is preferred.\nPrevious experience in radiography education, laboratory instruction, or clinical training is preferred.\nAbility to align laboratory activities with didactic content and program learning outcomes.\nProficiency with standard office software and learning-management or clinical-tracking platforms is preferred.\nShift:\nMonday to Friday, 8:00 am to 11:30
