manufacturing setting.\nManufacturing Operations Support II Responsibilities:\nPerform manual and automated manufacturing operations, including heat treating, cleaning, deburring, sorting, assembly, and processing of precision-machined components while meeting production and quality requirements.\nConduct detailed visual and microscopic inspections using precision measuring tools, gauges, and specialized equipment to verify product quality and compliance with engineering specifications.\nHandle high-volume precision parts requiring exceptional manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and careful material handling throughout the manufacturing process.\nUtilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), basic computer applications, and production documentation to accurately track work, maintain records, and support manufacturing operations.\nFollow established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, safety protocols, and engineering specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManufacturing Operations Support II Qualifications:\nTechnical coursework or some college is preferred.\nExperience with microscopic inspection, precision part handling, deburring, cleaning, sorting, or similar manufacturing operations.\nFamiliarity with precision measurement tools, including pin, thread, and ring gauges.\nBasic proficiency with Windows PC and Microsoft Excel.\nExperience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.\nAbility to read, interpret, and communicate in English, including understanding engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.\nDetail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nShift:\nStart time between 5:00 am and 7:00
