optical subassemblies in a cleanroom production environment.\nManufacturing Technical CoordinatorResponsibilities:\nPerform optics assembly involving free-beam lasers and remote optical combiners, including laser alignment processes that manipulate the laser beam through various optical components, and assemble optical subassembly components for use in the laser system.\nOperate standard and custom laser and optical-based equipment, such as wavefront measuring devices, optical power meters, and oscilloscopes, run laser systems through automated test sequences, and perform fiber coupling operations to maximize power throughput.\nTroubleshoot laser systems upon test failure and take the necessary actions to repair them, and perform critical cosmetic and cleanliness inspections of the laser system using a UV light source.\nUse Word and Excel as needed to track and store required production and inspection data.\nManufacturing Technical Coordinator Qualifications:\n5-7 years of experience assembling, testing, and packaging laser-related products.\nAbility to work in a cleanroom environment and follow cleanroom protocols to maximize product cleanliness.\nAbility to use a Windows-based PC (start up, reboot, navigate folders, open or copy files), and Microsoft Office tools, such as Word and Excel.\nAbility to lift approximately 30-35 lbs.\nExperience with optics assembly or wavefront measuring devices is preferred.\nExperience with electro-optical systems is preferred.\nShift:\n8:00 AM to 4:30
