making marketing data, audience activation, and campaign delivery more reliable, measurable, and scalable.\nMartech Engineer Responsibilities:\nBuild, operate, and improve data pipelines, Airflow workflows, APIs, services, and Martech integrations across GCP and marketing platforms, and operate the data flows behind ActionIQ audience attributes, audiences, composite audiences, journeys, holdouts, suppressions, and activation workflows.\nSupport audience creation, segmentation, exports, suppressions, personalization, and campaign activation, and validate end-to-end testing and audience flows across email, push, in-app messaging, owned media, and paid media.\nMonitor production workflows and the health of DAGs, services, integrations, data feeds, exports, imports, and campaign dependencies, troubleshooting incidents, validating campaign readiness, and preventing customer-impacting defects such as duplicate sends, incorrect token mappings, audience-count drop-offs, stale attributes, broken links, and missing engagement logs.\nInvestigate discrepancies across source data, audience platforms, Adobe, Airship, partners, and reporting outputs, documenting root cause and corrective action, and improve data quality, observability, documentation, testing, governance, and operational resilience.\nPartner with Marketing Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, vendors, and other teams on launches, migrations, experimentation, and modernization to reduce operational risk, speed campaign time to market, and enable personalized experiences across owned, paid, and partner channels.\nMartech Engineer Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, Martech, platform engineering, or a related field.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.\nProduction and troubleshooting experience with Python, SQL, Airflow, and cloud data platforms, along with reliable data pipeline design.\nExperience with APIs, SFTP or file-based transfers, messaging systems, Git, code reviews, testing, deployments, data validation, and incident response.\nAbility to explain technical issues and tradeoffs to marketers, product managers, analysts, engineers, and vendors.\nExperience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.\nExperience with GCP is preferred.\nMartech experience with ESP and CDP platforms such as Adobe Campaign, ActionIQ, Airship, Branch, SendGrid, or comparable tools is preferred.\nShift:\n9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in either Eastern or Pacific
