program.\nRadiology Didactic TrainerResponsibilities:\nDesign and deliver didactic instruction covering radiographic science, positioning and procedures, radiation physics and protection, image production, and patient care.\nDevelop course materials and assessments aligned with JRCERT Standards, ARRT content specifications, and current professional practice.\nEvaluate student learning using objective, equitable, and documented criteria while identifying and addressing academic challenges.\nAnalyze course outcomes and student performance data to identify opportunities for instructional and curriculum improvements.\nSupport students through academic guidance and contribute to program outcomes assessment and continuous-quality-improvement initiatives.\nRadiology Didactic Trainer Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience/training.\nCurrent, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration in Radiography (R(R)).\nCurrent California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) / state radiologic technology license.\nComprehensive knowledge of radiographic science, including positioning/procedures, radiation physics and protection, image production, and patient care.\nKnowledge of JRCERT Standards and ARRT content specifications applicable to didactic instruction and student assessment.\nUnderstanding of adult-learning principles, instructional design, competency-based education, and assessment methods is preferred.\nExperience developing course materials and delivering educational content is preferred.\nExperience evaluating student learning and using assessment data to improve instruction is preferred.\nAbility to advise and support students and identify academic difficulties early.\nProficiency with standard office software, learning-management systems, and educational technology platforms.\nShift: :\nMonday to Friday, 08:00 am to 1:00
