operations.\nR&D Engineer Responsibilities:\nProvide engineering support across wet process and assembly operations, including assembly, heat treat, forming, electroplating, and chemical milling, while collaborating with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.\nDevelop, characterize, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, and evaluate new materials, equipment, and technologies for process capability and fit.\nPlan and run experiments, analyze data, and report results with recommendations, while troubleshooting process issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport equipment and tooling qualification, including installation, validation, and process capability studies, and create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process specifications.\nMonitor process performance metrics, yield, and quality data, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.\nR&D Engineer Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering.\nProcess engineering and manufacturing engineering experience.\nRoot cause analysis and statistical analysis skills.\nMetrology and design experience.\nShift:\nMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some
