month-end close, intercompany processes, and corporate reporting, for its digital and direct-to-consumer business.\nSenior Accountant Responsibilities:\nConduct month-end and quarter-end close, owning journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and analysis, and perform flux analysis on balance sheet and P&L accounts.\nOwn the full-cycle intercompany process and reporting across divisions, working with internal and external business partners and division leadership at all levels and communicating proactively on deliverables and status.\nTake part in quarterly and annual reporting to Corporate.\nParticipate in SOX testing, audits, and annual tax package preparation.\nProvide backup coverage in other accounting areas and contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned.\nSenior Accountant Qualifications:\n4+ years of related experience, with solid knowledge of accounting concepts.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including writing complex formulas, and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.\nExperience with Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion, or a similar ERP system such as SAP.\nSolid oral and written communication skills, with timely status updates on responsibilities and deadlines.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills and acute attention to detail.\nAbility to lead and facilitate workflows and take ownership of projects.\nExperience with intercompany transactions is preferred.\nShift:\n9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.\nOvertime may be needed after business hours during monthly and quarterly
