This role assists with participant recruitment, data collection, regulatory documentation, and study operations while ensuring compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.\nAssistant Clinical Research Coordinator Responsibilities:\nCoordinate study activities by scheduling participant visits, assisting with recruitment, screening, informed consent, follow-up communications, and processing study compensation upon completion.\nCollect, review, and maintain accurate clinical research data by administering study questionnaires, extracting information from medical records, completing case report forms, and ensuring data quality and completeness.\nPrepare and maintain regulatory and study documentation, including consent forms, subject logs, correspondence, and other research records in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.\nSupport clinical research procedures by collecting and processing study specimens, performing basic patient measurements and tests (such as vital signs, phlebotomy, and EKG after appropriate training/certification), and preparing specimens for shipment.\nMaintain study operations by ordering supplies, managing research equipment, collaborating with the study team, and supporting additional study activities as assigned.\nAssistant Clinical Research Coordinator Qualifications:\n1 year of clinical research or related experience.\nExperience with clinical research data entry and electronic medical records (EPIC is preferred).\nGeneral knowledge of medical terminology.\nAbility to maintain accurate research documentation and regulatory records with strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.\nWorking toward certification to perform basic patient procedures, such as phlebotomy and EKG, is preferred.\nValid California Class C Driver's License.\nShift:\nHybrid: 3-4 days onsite per
