business advertisers on its CTV advertising platform, combining account management with direct client sales.\nCustomer Success Manager, SMB Responsibilities:\nDesign and run tailored onboarding journeys based on each customer's goals to turn new sign-ups into power users, and proactively manage a book of high-value SMB accounts to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention through data-backed engagement.\nAct as the subject matter expert on the self-serve CTV advertising platform, advising clients on creative best practices and campaign optimizations.\nOwn individual revenue targets in a role that is roughly 80% account management and 20% sales, supporting direct client ad sales by identifying opportunities to scale unmanaged advertisers and pursuing new sales opportunities.\nMaintain high operational standards in Salesforce and keep a consistent cadence of outreach, including calls, emails, and meetings, to move opportunities through the funnel.\nDiagnose account issues, such as campaign delivery and trafficking cases, and drive them to resolution with vendor and internal teams, escalating when needed, and Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Data, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to hand off accounts cleanly, resolve recurring issues, and share client feedback.\nCustomer Success Manager, SMB Qualifications:\n2-5 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or account management, with a working knowledge of how the ad ecosystem operates and recent direct client sales experience.\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience.\nComfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce and complex ad-tech platforms.\nMust be able to complete a case study as part of the interview process.\n2-3 years of media experience, particularly in CTV, is preferred.\nShift:\n9:00 AM to 6:00
