process instructions to ensure assemblies can be reliably produced and meet specifications.\nAssist manufacturing engineering in evaluating the manufacturability of new products and provide DFx recommendations.\nUse root cause analysis to ensure all failures are fully understood and can be prevented in the future.\nPrioritize tasks and assignments, and perform cleaning tasks on equipment.\nManufacturing Operations Specialist Qualifications:\n2-4 years of relevant micro assembly experience with automated microelectronics assembly equipment.\nPrior experience working with electronics, cabling, and soldering.\nDemonstrated use of hand and power tools and equipment to handle ultra-small parts and assemblies.\nAbility to lift 25 pounds multiple times per day/week.\nHands-on experience operating and/or programming GPD dispense, MRSI component placement, or H&K bonding equipment is preferred.\nAbility to read and understand schematics of various forms, including all symbols and terminology, is preferred.\nComputer skills and willingness to learn and retrieve diagrams from different assembly platforms are preferred.\nExperience assisting R&D and manufacturing engineering in introducing or modifying processes, programs, or fixtures for microelectronic assemblies is
