A fundamental understanding of audio-visual principles, functionality, and terminology is required to be successful.\n\nResponsibilities and Duties\nConfiguration of manufacturer applications, interfaces, and products based on system/client requirements.\nDevelop configuration requirements and documents for manufacturer applications and products\nProvide support in developing, implementing and testing patch releases and system firmware upgrades.\nPlan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines both in the integration lab and the field.\nVerify systems integration wiring connectivity and terminations in the lab\nAnalyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner.\nProvide support in loading, testing, and documenting results of pre-built customized control programs, touch panel files, and DSP builds.\nVerify systems installation wiring connectivity and terminations in the field\nComplete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions utilizing Field Commissioning Reports\nPerform end-user training on specific software applications and interfaces requiring client interaction\nAssist in system solutions analysis, design, development, and testing activities.\nDevelop and maintain configuration policies and procedures.\nReview and recommend changes to existing configuration processes.\nProvide technical guidance to junior specialists in their assigned job duties.\nRequired Skills:\nAt least 5 years of experience in AV Installation, Commissioning and Service\nAVIXA CTS/CTS-I and CQT preferred.\nGood working knowledge of Crestron, BIAMP, Extron and QSC\nExperience with AV industry software platforms. Any direct programming experience is a plus\nStrong Networking skills.
