customer inquiries and orders from the export sector / customers in third countries\n Planning and coordinating shipments in close collaboration with our customers and freight forwarders\n Preparing all shipping and export documents, including customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with all export control regulations\n Maintaining and updating foreign trade-related master data, particularly the classification of commodity tariff codes\n Providing customs expertise to the sales team in acquiring new international customers\n Participating in meetings with freight forwarders and customers\n What you should bring\n Successfully completed vocational training in business administration with a specialization in logistics, or vocational training in business administration in the fields of industry, wholesale and foreign trade, or customs law\n At least two years of relevant professional experience, ideally in export customer service or logistics planning\n Very good knowledge of customs and export clearance (ocean freight & truck transport)\n In-depth knowledge of preferential trade and customs law\n Knowledge of SAP Business One and the ATLAS customs software is desirable\n Proficiency in MS Office applications\n Excellent written and spoken German and English\n Proactive and independent work style, as well as a sense of responsibility and the ability to work
