You may already have experience managing claims or handling complex customer queries and are looking to develop your technical expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.\nA bit about the job:\nHandle Pet and Creditor claims from notification through to settlement, ensuring claims are managed fairly, efficiently, and in line with policy terms and regulatory requirements.\n\nDeliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers through their claim journey, providing clear communication and managing expectations throughout.\n\nMaintain high standards of accuracy and quality through effective claim validation, record keeping, fraud identification, reserving, payments, and cost control.\n\nWork collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to team performance.\n\nDevelop and maintain specialist product knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert within the team and supporting colleagues when required.\n\nSkills and experience we're looking for:\nExperience in claims handling, insurance, financial services, or a customer-focused environment\n\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and manage customer expectations effectively\n\nAbility to make informed decisions while applying policy terms, procedures, and regulatory requirements\n\nExcellent attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records and case management activities\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team\n\nThis is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift basis:\nWeek 1: 8:00am - 4:00pm\nWeek 2: 9:00am - 5:00pm\nWeek 3: 9:30am - 5:30pm\nWeek 4: 10:00am - 6:00pm\nEnjoy a great work-life balance with no weekend working and no Bank Holiday working.\nWhat you'll get for this role:\nOur purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
