Take a look at our job description - maybe it suits you or one of your friends?\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupporting the Central Finance team with day-to-day financial activities and processes\nAssisting with the preparation of financial reports, management information and ad hoc analyses\nSupporting budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes, including analysis of actuals versus budget\nAssisting with month-end activities, including data preparation, validation and reconciliation\nSupporting the review and analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness\nHelping with finance-related operational activities, including invoices, payments and other financial documentation\nSupporting audit-related activities and preparation of information and documentation for internal and external stakeholders\nCooperating with other teams across the business to collect, validate and explain financial information\nParticipating in finance-related projects, process improvements and automation initiatives\nAssisting the team with other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities based on business needs\nWhat are we looking for?\nA student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field\nGood command of English, both written and spoken\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood knowledge of MS Excel and confidence in working with data\nInterest in finance, financial analysis and business processes\nAttention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data\nGood communication skills and willingness to cooperate with different teams and stakeholders\nProactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to new challenges\nAvailability for 3-5 days per week\n In Aviva Services Excellence Centre, we provide:\nA 6-month paid internship in an international organization\nThe opportunity to gain practical experience in investment operations and financial data management\nA great working atmosphere in a dynamic international environment\nHybrid working model from Poland with a few days in Warsaw office per month (team meetings, onboarding, onsite trainings etc.)\nAttractive office location in Warsaw - Gdański Business Center\nDo you see yourself in Aviva Services Excellence Centre?
