This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a hands-on individual contributor through strong delivery, operational understanding, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership.\nYou will play a key role in evolving our Claims Data ecosystem by delivering high-impact data solutions, supporting engineering best practices and the modernization of our data platform. You will work closely with the team supporting our Qlik environment and contribute significantly to our migration to Snowflake, helping to establish a scalable, well-governed data foundation that enables advanced analytics and supports future growth across Claims and Finance.\nIf you are excited about building modern data solutions and driving meaningful business impact, we would love to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytical datasets using Snowflake and Qlik.\n\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, from requirements through implementation and support.\n\nDefine and apply best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and cost-efficient architecture within Snowflake.\n\nAutomate data ingestion and transformation workflows while integrating data from multiple source systems.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and reporting issues to ensure reliability, performance, and availability.\n\nCollaborate with claims operations, analytics team, and actuarial teams by developing a strong understanding of claims workflows and owning stakeholder interactions to translate business needs into robust data solutions.\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related technical role.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audience.\n\nA collaborative approach, balanced with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.\n\nA strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a consistent focus on delivering results.\n\nStrong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through the technical implementation details while appreciating the big picture.\n\nProficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working with complex data models.\n\nHands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).\n\nExperience building, maintaining, and debugging ETL/ELT data pipelines.\n\nWhat makes you stand out:\nFamiliarity with P&C insurance and claims data.\n\nWhat you’ll get:\nThesalary band for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000.
