We’re looking for a Transformation Office Analyst to help strengthen Aviva's One Aviva Transformation capability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology and stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making and drive positive change across the organisation.\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupporting the delivery of the Transforming Transformation roadmap and wider One Aviva transformation activities\n\nMaintaining transformation data and portfolio tooling (including Planview) to ensure a single source of truth across Group, Markets and Functions\n\nDeveloping and improving dashboards, reporting and management information to provide actionable insights for transformation leaders and senior stakeholders\n\nSupporting the preparation of governance packs and reports for senior governance forums, including the One Aviva Transformation Committee\n\nProviding insight and challenge across planning, risk, reporting and change methodologies to support successful delivery outcomes\n\nEnsuring the consistent application of the Aviva Change Framework (ACF) and Change Management Business Standard (CMBS)\n\nSupporting risk management activities, identifying trends and highlighting areas requiring attention or intervention\n\nDeveloping and implementing automation solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to improve reporting quality, efficiency and transformation productivity\n\nWorking closely with stakeholders across Group, Markets and Functions to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful outputs\n\nContributing to the continuous improvement of transformation processes, governance standards and ways of working\n\nWhat we're looking for?\nExperience in change management, particularly in transformation, PMO, portfolio management, governance or data analytics roles (approx. 2-5 years)\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations\n\nExperience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar\n\nExperience producing governance materials, management information and reports for senior stakeholders\n\nKnowledge of portfolio management and governance tools such as Planview, PPM systems, Jira or similar platforms\n\nUnderstanding of risk, dependency, change, financial management, outcomes, plan delivery, governance and assurance practices within complex organisations\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at different levels\n\nA proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs\n\nExperience identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements and process optimisation\n\nInterest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their application within transformation and reporting\n\nFamiliarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies\n\nExperience within financial services or a regulated industry would be beneficial but is not essential\n\nIn Aviva Services Excellence Centre, we provide:\nContract ofemployment\n\nPerformance Bonus\n\nPrivate medical care(ENEL-MED)\n\nCafeteria system of benefits (e.g. MultiSport card)\n\nAdditional parent privileges: - baby leave - 6 weeks leave for second parent - shortened working time after parental leave\n\nEmployer-funded groupinsurance\n\nEmployee Shares Plan\n\nExtra day off for birthday\n\nPaid time off tovolunteer\n\nAdditional leave acquired over the years in the company (even 5 days more in a year)\n\nWellbeing Leave - additional two weeks paid leave after 10 years of service\n\nPsychological supportconsultations\n\nAccess to the e-learningplatforms\n\nInternal employee referral program\n\nHybrid working model from Poland with a few days in Warsaw office per month\n\nAttractive office location in Warsaw - Gdański Business Center\n\nAdditional entitlements for people with disabilities - Work Without Barriers\n\nWork environment that promotes diversity - Diversity Charter\n\nDo you see yourself in Aviva Services Excellence Centre?
