Working closely with stakeholders and suppliers, you'll lead sourcing activity, provide commercial insight and help deliver value while balancing risk and business priorities.\nA bit about the job:\nYou'll lead end-to-end commercial activity across a broad portfolio of HR Services, Financial Services and Marketing suppliers, helping ensure we secure value from our supplier relationships and sourcing activity. You'll help develop and implement category strategies aligned to business needs, lead sourcing and negotiation activity, and establish robust commercial agreements that effectively manage commercial, operational and regulatory considerations.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll provide commercial guidance and market insight to support sourcing decisions and supplier strategies. You'll also work with suppliers to drive performance, manage risk and support the delivery of business objectives.\nSkills and experience we're looking for:\n Strong commercial acumen\n Experience leading sourcing and negotiation activity across\n Good understanding of supplier markets, commercial models and contractual considerations\n Highley effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, establish credibility and influence decision-making\n Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear commercial advice and constructively challenge where appropriate\nWhat you’ll get for this role:\nOur purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
