You'll shape product and trading strategies across our PCW Home brands, using customer, market and performance insights to identify opportunities for growth and profitable trading.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across Product, Digital, Pricing and Operations.\n\nCreate and deliver our product roadmap.\n\nLead test-and-learn activity.\n\nHelp bring new product opportunities to life.\n\nYou'll use data, customer feedback and market insight to identify improvements, influence decision-making, enhance customer experiences and support commercial performance. You'll also help ensure our products and processes meet regulatory requirements while championing the voice of the customer in everything we do.\nSkills and experience we're looking for\nExperience in insurance, product management, trading or a related commercial role.\n\nGood relationship management skills including internal / external stakeholder management to drive and influence actions\n\nKnowledge of using data, customer insight and market trends to support decision-making.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to balance customer and business outcomes.\n\nExcellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.\n\nWhat you'll get for this role:\nOur purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
