You’ll support product and pricing changes, regulatory updates, and key transformation initiatives that ensure Aviva remains competitive, compliant and easy to trade with.\nYou’ll play a central role in programmes such as Core Modernisation, Commercial Motor Fast Trade, and enhancements to our wider Commercial Motor offering. Working closely with underwriting teams, brokers and internal partners, you’ll help ensure our products, processes and governance remain robust, consistent and aligned to customer and broker needs.\nYou’ll also act as a technical specialist, supporting complex underwriting referrals and enabling informed, confident decision-making across the Commercial Lines business.\nWhat you will be doing:\n Support the development and roll-out of Commercial Motor underwriting rules, documentation and product enhancements.\n\n Contribute to Core Modernisation, Fast Trade improvements and other strategic programmes.\n\n Provide insight, analysis and reporting that support underwriting performance and customer outcomes.\n\n Act as a trusted referral point for complex Commercial Motor underwriting queries.\n\n Support delivery of regulatory and legislative changes across the Commercial Motor portfolio.\n\n Drive continuous improvement across systems, underwriting processes and product governance.\n\nSkills and experience we are looking for:\n Strong Motor underwriting experience, with confidence handling complex referrals.\n\n Experience in a Product or technical underwriting role (desirable).\n\n Proven ability to support system or product change initiative\n\n Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data clearly.\n\n Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.\n\n High attention to detail and an adaptable, solutions-focused mindset.\n\nWhat will you get for this role?\nThe work you do at Aviva will make a real difference to our customers.
