You'll be accountable for driving profitable growth, developing team capability, maintaining strong governance standards and fostering a highly engaged team culture. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be confident making decisions, managing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs. You'll also play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers and partners.\nSkills and experience we’re looking for:\n Leadership & People Skills: You're a natural leader who can inspire, communicate clearly, listen actively, and negotiate effectively.\n Insurance Experience: We're looking for someone with a background leading teams within Insurance. A Commercial Underwriting background would be our preference, although candidates from other insurance disciplines will also be considered.\n Industry Connections: Your relationships in the market are top-notch, and you know how to leverage them.\n Analytical Skills: You can analyse risk and present solutions to brokers and clients with confidence.
