Starting salary: c. £85,000 Dependent on skills and experience

This is a great job for someone who enjoys leading complex change programmes and bringing together business and technology teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex environments. This role would suit someone with experience delivering large-scale technology-enabled transformation who enjoys turning strategy into action and driving results through collaboration.

A bit about the job

We're looking for a Programme Manager to lead strategic change and technology-enabled transformation across our Customer & Marketing (C&M) function. Working with colleagues across Marketing, Technology, Data, Architecture and Operations, you'll ensure complex programmes are delivered successfully, safely and in line with business objectives. The role will work closely with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Service Management teams to oversee technical delivery, integrations, testing, deployment and successful transition into live service.

Skills and experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading large-scale change, transformation or technology-enabled programmes within complex organisations.
  • Strong programme delivery, governance and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
  • Experience delivering technical change involving digital platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, data services, third-party suppliers and system integrations.
  • Good understanding of technical architecture, delivery dependencies, Agile and DevOps practices, plus experience working with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Service Management teams.
  • Experience overseeing technical delivery activities including testing, release readiness, deployment and transition into live service, while using delivery metrics to monitor progress, quality and risk.
