The role requires someone who can proactively identify and remove blockers, manage risks and issues, and maintain momentum towards key milestones.\nDay-to-day, you'll lead project planning and delivery ceremonies, coordinate resources, track progress against schedules and ensure governance requirements are met. You'll provide clear and concise status updates for sponsors and senior stakeholders, escalating risks and issues where required and helping to drive successful adoption of the solution.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of successfully delivering business and technology change initiatives.\nSkills and experience we're looking for\nProven experience delivering complex business and technology projects as a Project Manager.\n\nStrong track record of owning delivery outcomes and driving projects to successful completion.\n\nExperience translating business requirements into actionable delivery plans.\n\nAbility to coordinate multiple teams, suppliers, stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.\n\nStrong planning and organisational skills, including scheduling, milestone management and dependency tracking.\n\nExperience managing project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).\n\nProven ability to identify, manage and escalate blockers in a timely manner.\n\nExperience leading governance forums, steering committees and project reporting.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels.\n\nExperience working across business, operational and technical teams.\n\nAbility to manage change requests and assess delivery impacts.\n\nExperience driving business adoption and supporting benefits realisation activities.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\n\nAbility to work independently whilst managing competing priorities.\n\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nRun project delivery ceremonies and planning sessions.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans and delivery schedules.\n\nTrack progress against milestones and project objectives.\n\nCoordinate resources across business, technical and operational workstreams.\n\nManage dependencies between teams and suppliers.\n\nIdentify, track and resolve project risks and issues.\n\nEscalate delivery concerns and blockers where appropriate.\n\nLead governance activities and project reporting.\n\nProvide updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders.\n\nSupport change management, adoption and benefits realisation activities.\n\nEnsure delivery remains aligned to project objectives, timelines and business outcomes.\n\nDesirable experience\nExperience delivering Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management or Risk & Compliance initiatives.\n\nExperience implementing or enhancing risk management platforms or tooling.\n\nKnowledge of regulatory, governance or operational risk environments.\n\nExperience working within Financial Services or other regulated industries.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.\n\nProfessional project management certifications such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent.\n\nExperience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.\n\nPlease ensure that you attach an up-to-date CV to your application.\nWe’re inclusive and welcome everyone - we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
