  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring ceremonies remain focused and productive.

  • Coach and support cross-functional teams in Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement.

  • Identify and remove impediments, escalating issues and resolving dependencies where necessary.

  • Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics to support predictable outcomes.

  • Work closely with Product Owners and Programme Managers to maintain clarity around scope, priorities, and delivery objectives.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Drive actionable improvements through retrospectives and promote Agile maturity across teams and the wider programme.

Desirable experience

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or an equivalent Agile qualification.

  • Experience within financial services, particularly life assurance.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery in regulated environments.

  • Experience contributing to large-scale transformation programmes involving digital innovation and operational improvement.
