recommend\ncorrective/preventive actions.\nSupport the Regional Project Manager with technical input during project\nplanning, costing, and risk assessment.\nManage inventory and technical specifications of spare parts and equipment\nused for installations and repairs.\nMonitor emerging renewable energy technologies and recommend adoption where\nbeneficial to Absen's product offering.\nConduct periodic technical audits of installed systems to ensure ongoing\nperformance and safety.\n\nRequirements:\n\nStrong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery\nstorage technologies (lithium-ion, lead-acid), and electrical installation\npractices. \nAbility to read and produce technical drawings, schematics, and\nsystem designs. \nStrong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills. \nTraining and mentoring skills with the ability to upskill\nfield technicians. \nGood working knowledge of relevant electrical/safety codes\nand standards. \nProficiency with technical design software (e.g. AutoCAD PVsyst\nor similar) is an
