junior developers to support their development and contribute to overall team success.\nJob Responsibilities\nUnderstand the business requirements thoroughly to ensure the developed software aligns with the needs of stakeholders.\nBuild robust and scalable Java applications from design to deployment and integrate services seamlessly with APIs.\nDevelop and implement micro-services architecture for modular and maintainable software.\nIndependently translate requirements into low-level technical designs.\nActively participate in solution analysis meetings and sessions.\nReview the code to ensure adherence to quality standards.\nIdentify and communicate risks and issues, proposing resolutions to project leadership.\nCollaboration with cross-functional teams to develop reliable and high-performance backend solutions.\nProvide mentorship to the team, help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove roadblocks.\nSkills & Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java (version 8 or higher), with a deep understanding of Core Java and OOPS concepts.\nProficient in Spring boot, including Spring data, Spring security, Spring MVC, and JPA/Hibernate.\nShould have knowledge of project architecture and demonstrate experience in developing and deploying applications based on micro-services architecture.\nIn-depth knowledge of Design patterns, Multithreading, Data structures, and Algorithms, along with a basic understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD).\nDemonstrated expertise in designing and implementing robust RESTful APIs.\nSolid knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB (advantageous), along with a good understanding of entity-relationship (ER) modeling concepts.\nExperience in conducting code reviews, debugging complex issues, and implementing effective troubleshooting strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nBasic understanding of messaging tools like RabbitMQ and Kafka.\nFamiliarity with cross-functional domains such as FrontEnd and DevOps.\nShould have deep understanding of Agile methodology.\nSkilled in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential and drive project success.\nExcellent communication skills and possess strong problem-solving
