Our Head Office is located in Maidenhead, Berkshire which you will available to commute to as and when required in addition to overseas projects for various large scale data centre projects within Europe.\nKey Responsibilities\n Assist in the management of projects, with the clear goal of maximum efficiency and effectiveness in achieving Project performance.\n Manage suppliers, both on and off site, to ensure that the quality of work is to the standard required by AVK and our customers.\n Be aware of the contractual requirements of all projects, payment milestones and associated requirements, key dates, technical requirements for the scope of works and Health & Safety requirements.\n Planning of resources to achieve acceptable delivery of the site installation.\n Create and manage project paperwork to a high standard in line with guidance from the project manager.\n Assist in the production of project progress reports.\n Day to day decisions to manage the day to day running of the site to ensure we achieve required deadlines.\n Attend site acceptance tests on project when required.\n Ensure delivery of AVK projects on time and in accordance with the technical requirements of the contract.\n Agree engineering design with the technical team, prepare and monitor project plan.\n Requirements\nA bachelor's degree in project management, electrical/ mechanical engineering, or a related field.\nPrior experience in project management or relevant internships is a plus.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.\nBasic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nFamiliarity with project management software (such as MS Project or Trello) is an advantage.\nA proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nAvailable to travel within Europe as and when required. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.\nStrong problem-solving skills and analytical
