The successful candidate will be from a Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background. Able to work at all levels from client through to our subcontractor supply chain ensuring risk reduction on terms and conditions, cash flows on projects and final account payments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview and approve contract terms and manage commercial correspondence work with legal counsel where required. \nAttend site meetings for contractual discussions and advise on the project issues. \nValuing variations and monitoring project performance.\nInterpret project documentation to identify opportunities and risks. \nPrepare monthly reports including JCR's (Job Costing Reports) and place orders in timely manner for procurement. \nDemonstrate expertise in dispute resolution and risk management.\nAssist in improving supply chain on conducting commercial audits.\nProduce cash flows and ensure correct notices are issued as per contracts in place. \nCollaborate with Project Managers/Engineers and place supplier/subcontractor orders.\nPrepare and submit client applications and reconcile reports.\nPerform other assigned duties.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.\n Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing mechanical engineering projects, preferably in the energy or power industry.\n Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.\n Proficiency in project management software and tools.\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.\n Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.\n Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.\n Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.\n Benefits\nCompany Bonus\nPrivate Healthcare\nLife Insurance (4 x Base Salary)\nPension\n26 days annual leave (incl.
