Ready to join us?\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn all estimating documentation and ensure quality control \nLead tender meetings and sign-off processes \nDeliver accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions \nDevelop pricing strategies and oversee bid preparation \nReview project documents to ensure compliance and identify risks \nMaintain reliable cashflow forecasts \nCoordinate inputs from supply chain and internal teams \nAdvise clients on procurement, risk, and estimating strategy \nAct as a client-facing lead throughout the estimating process \nDrive improvements in estimating tools and processes \nMentor junior team members \nEnsure outputs meet client expectations and deadlines \nChampion use of cost databases and benchmarking \nBuild supply chain relationships and gather market intelligence \nSkills and Experience\nExtensive experience in estimating across sectors and project types \nStrong commercial and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail \nProficient in Microsoft 365 software \nExcellent communication and leadership abilities \nProven track record of delivering multiple high-quality estimates under pressure \nStudies show some candidates only apply when they meet all criteria - we don’t expect that.
