need basis, collect test data, analyze test results, generate test reports.\nTake part in project meeting, report test status and results.\nWork with product engineers on battery failure mode and root cause analyzing.\nDevelop new test methods to support some specific needs.\nYOUR PROFILE:\nAt least 3 years of experience in the development of advanced batteries\nLi-ion batteries experience is preferred\nProficiency in test procedure codes programming\nProficiency in test data processing and analysis, proficiency in relevant software and code programming\nWell understand test standards and
