Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as\nDesign Engineer\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign and develop 3D components and assemblies for BIW, Interior, and/or Exterior applications.\nDevelop sheet metal and/or plastic components according to applicable automotive design standards and rules.\nEnsure component integration and packaging within the vehicle environment.\nDefine and optimize interfaces, mounting concepts, fastening systems, and functional clearances.\nPerform feasibility, clash, and integration analyses.\nCreate and update 2D technical drawings, including functional dimensioning and GD&T.\nPerform tolerance stack-up analyses when required.\nConsider manufacturing and assembly constraints during the design phase, including DFM/DFA principles.\nSupport design reviews and propose technical solutions for product optimization.\nManage CAD data, engineering changes, and technical documentation within the PLM environment.\nYOUR PROFILE:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.\nProfessional experience in automotive mechanical design, preferably in BIW, Interior, and/or Exterior development.\nGood knowledge of CAD systems such as CATIA V5/V6, Creo, and 3DEXPERIENCE.\nExperience in sheet metal and/or plastic part design.\nKnowledge of GD&T, ISO dimensioning, and tolerance stack-up principles.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal forming, stamping, injection molding, and assembly processes.\nExperience with PLM systems.\nGood communication and
