AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as Design Engineer YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop 3D components and assemblies for BIW, Interior, and/or Exterior applications. Develop sheet metal and/or plastic components according to applicable automotive design standards and rules. Ensure component integration and packaging within the vehicle environment. Define and optimize interfaces, mounting concepts, fastening systems, and functional clearances. Perform feasibility, clash, and integration analyses. Create and update 2D technical drawings, including functional dimensioning and GD&T. Perform tolerance stack-up analyses when required. Consider manufacturing and assembly constraints during the design phase, including DFM/DFA principles. Support design reviews and propose technical solutions for product optimization. Manage CAD data, engineering changes, and technical documentation within the PLM environment. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
