Conduct vehicle testing (road, track, and dyno) to evaluate driveability performance. \nAnalyze test data and resolve issues such as hesitation, jerking, or poor throttle response. \nCollaborate with powertrain, calibration, and software teams to ensure smooth system integration. \nValidate customer-oriented features like comfort, smoothness, and responsiveness. \nYOUR PROFILE:\nGeneral knowledge of ICE, xEV, Infotainment, and ADAS vehicles.\nKnowledge of automotive electrical architectures.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics.\nFamiliarity with diagnostic and analysis tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, Diagalyser, IDVH, etc.\nKnowledge of DOTI, PLM, CESARE, CVMP, and Redbent tools.\nStrong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies.\nExperience with calibration tools (e.g., INCA, CANape) and data analysis.\nGood problem-solving and driving evaluation skills.\nProficiency in computer tools and strong analytical skills..\nWE OFFER:\nA structured technical and personal onboarding program to help you quickly integrate and take ownership of your role;\nA culture of continuous learning and development -
